Who can join
Brokerage-based. The office enrolls through the FMLS Brokerage Member Program and licensees are added under that office; membership is not restricted to a single local REALTOR® board.
What it costs
FMLS publishes an annual minimum transaction fee of $1,200 per office, offset by per-closing and rental fees and prorated monthly. Per-licensee recurring amounts are quoted in the membership application packet — confirm the current schedule with FMLS.
MLS dues are a cost of doing business, not a commission split. At ONE Terminus you keep 100% of your commission and pay a flat membership — your MLS and association dues stay yours to control.
Technology and tools
Proprietary FMLS listing platform with member training, broker administration, and technology support.
Why FMLS matters for your production
The largest MLS in Georgia by membership, historically Atlanta-anchored, now extending its footprint through regional data-share agreements rather than direct territory expansion.
ONE Terminus members run their listing workflow, compliance checklists and marketing through Terminus OS regardless of which Georgia MLS they belong to — the OS sits on top of your MLS, it does not replace it.
