Georgia is served by roughly a dozen multiple listing services. FMLS and Georgia MLS (GAMLS) cover metro Atlanta and much of the state, while smaller association-owned MLSs serve Savannah, Macon, Athens, Columbus, Brunswick, the north Georgia mountains, southwest Georgia and Valdosta. Northwest Georgia's Catoosa, Dade and Walker counties are served by Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® on the Hive MLS platform.
This directory exists because MLS dues, association dues and brokerage fees are three separate costs that get quietly bundled together when agents evaluate a move. Knowing what each MLS actually charges — and what it actually covers — is the first step in calculating your real take-home.
