Georgia REALTORS® is the state association, with approximately 48,000 members across roughly 46 local boards and associations, all affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®. Atlanta REALTORS® Association is the largest local body with more than 12,000 members, and the Empire Board of Realtists — founded in 1939 — serves metro Atlanta through the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Association dues, MLS subscriptions and brokerage fees are three distinct costs. This directory documents the first so you can calculate the total honestly before you transfer a license.
