There are three programs: Agent Ascent at $14,995 a year for ONE 100 and ONE ELITE agents, Team Ascent at $24,995 a year covering every agent on a ONE Terminus team, and Commercial Ascent at $49,995 a year for ONE Commercial Principal members. Who qualifies for each Ascent program?
Agent Ascent requires an active ONE 100 or ONE ELITE membership. Team Ascent is open to every ONE Terminus team structure from Team Leader through Principal. Commercial Ascent is available only to ONE Commercial Principal members.
Does ONE Apex change my commission split?
No. ONE 100, ONE ELITE, all team structures and ONE Commercial Principal are already 100% commission plans. Apex removes the per-transaction fees layered on top of those plans.
When does ONE Apex pay for itself?

Is ONE Apex refundable or month-to-month?
ONE Apex is a prepaid twelve-month upgrade, unlike the month-to-month core memberships. Your Business Development Consultant will confirm the term and start date before any payment is collected.

Yes. Most Georgia REALTORS join on a core structure first, watch their fee load for a quarter, then add the matching Ascent program once the math is obvious.
